A camera is a tool for learning how to see without a camera.” – Dorothea Lange

I haven’t always been good at seeing.  That’s why I take pictures. To help me see.

I haven’t always been good at remembering. Pictures help me remember to remember.

That quote stirs me because seeing and remembering are half of life.

My hope in life is to see well and remember well and tell the story well.

My hope in photography is to capture moments that tell your story well.

My camera, mixed with your uniqueness and story, are remedy for goodness.

Jane - brother josh, you are really talented at so many things.

You are an insanely talented, creative, honest writer, preacher, musician, teacher, and photographer! you’re not just sorta good at a bunch of things, but you are really, remarkably excellent at each of those individual gifts. Not to mention God made you with a shepherds heart.

I miss the Martin and resonate family. a lot. I wish Washington wasn’t so far and I’d be visiting frequently if plane trips were free.

this is just a thank you. for trusting Jesus and for letting Him use you up like crazy for His glory.
